4.8 MW solar PV project located in Buzău County, Romania, offered for acquisition through a 100% share sale of the project SPV.

The project is at an advanced stage of development. The grid connection process is developed at the medium-voltage level with DEER (Distribuție Energie Electrică România), and the grid solution study has been completed.

The Seller's preferred transaction structure is the acquisition of the SPV in its current development stage.

The project also has the potential to integrate a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). A configuration of approximately 4.8 MW / 17.888 MWh may be considered, subject to the technical requirements and approval of the grid operator.

As an alternative to an immediate acquisition, the Seller may consider continuing the development process in order to obtain an updated grid connection approval including BESS, but only under a binding agreement with a committed buyer and provided that the buyer funds the required financial guarantee and all additional development costs associated with the storage integration.

The project land is available and may be acquired separately from the SPV transaction.

The Seller is seeking a qualified investor able to perform due diligence and complete the acquisition within a clearly defined timetable.

Detailed information regarding the grid connection, permitting status, land, technical documentation, project company and BESS integration potential will be made available to qualified investors following execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
