Audits and independent advice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before making a decision, the user must carry out their own checks and obtain independent professional advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among other things, you should check:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the identity and capacity of the parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the ownership and representation of the project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>land rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the licences and authorisations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the stage of development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>network connectivity and capacity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the technical and environmental studies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the production estimates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the existing contracts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>liabilities and legal disputes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the company\u2019s corporate, tax and financial situation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical and economic feasibility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the financing conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the legal and tax consequences of the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No information on the platform should be considered in itself sufficient to adopt an investment, purchase or financing decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Prices and paid services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General access to certain parts of the website may be free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Publication, promotion, featured visibility, access to restricted documentation, subscriptions or other features may be subject to fees or payment plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before taking out a paid service, the user will be clearly informed about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the service features;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the total price and any applicable taxes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the method and frequency of payment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the duration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether or not there is automatic renewal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cancellation conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any relevant restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contracting process will not be completed until the user carries out the corresponding confirmation action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Publishing a project during a free period does not guarantee that the free status will be maintained indefinitely. Intellectual and industrial property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The design, logo, graphic identity, structure, proprietary text, databases and other elements created for Wind Solar Market belong to the Owner or are used with authorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user will not be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to copy or substantially reproduce the platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>systematically extract their databases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use unauthorised robots or automated tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modify or remove proprietary notices and labels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>using the name or logo of Wind Solar Market without permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create a derivative platform using its content or structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user retains all rights to the content they have contributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting content for publication, you grant Wind Solar Market a non-exclusive, revocable and limited licence to store, adapt, translate, display and communicate such content to the extent necessary to provide and promote the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user may request the removal of their project, without prejudice to any legal obligations regarding retention and the copies required for security, evidence or regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each user is responsible for the information they provide, publish or communicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wind Solar Market shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the accuracy of the information provided by third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>decisions regarding purchasing, selling, investing or financing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>economic, technical or administrative results;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>negotiations or contracts between users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>breaches by the parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loss of opportunities or expectations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>errors in production or profitability estimates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regulatory, administrative or market changes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temporary interruptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unauthorised use of credentials attributable to the user;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>external links or services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>documentation withdrawn or amended by the person who provided it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, in particular the inalienable rights of consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18.
